Listed below are the most frequently asked questions we receive.  And we have answered!  If you still don't find the information you're looking for, please fill out our contact form on the sign up page, and make use of the comments field.  There is NO obligation.  We respect our leads, we respect our clients.   We want to make sure you get your questions answered.
Q: How much does the program cost?
A:
The cost is $50.00 per month, with a $50.00 one-time setup fee

Should you ever cancel, we will include a final month for FREE.

Price includes up to 300 email addresses.  Should you have more than 300 addresses, the cost is $10 for an additional 100 addresses, up to a maximum of 1000* email addresses.

BILLING EXAMPLES
  1 - 300 addresses costs: $50 / month
  301 - 400 addresses costs:   $60 / month
  401 - 500 addresses costs:   $70 / month
  501 - 600 addresses costs:   $80 / month
   

......

Adding clients is as easy as adding them to your data file each month.  If we count more than 300 email addresses in your list, you will be billed accordingly.  It's that simple!

Upgrades are applied automatically & your credit card statement will reflect the change.

* We are serious about controlling spam.  We will accept more than 1000 email addresses on a data list, but only with prior authorization.  If you have more than 1000 clients on your list, please give Vince a call at 888-540-5402 x701 to discuss your options.

Q: How can I pay for my program?
A:
We currently accept VISA or MasterCard

Your credit card will be billed automatically on the 15th of the month, and is applied to the following month.

Example - your June subscription will be billed to your credit card on May 15

Q: Is there a contract to sign?
A:
No!

There is no contract to sign!  Billing is month-to-month.  You may cancel anytime, though we highly recommend you give the program a minimum of 6 months.

Q: When should I expect to see results?
A:

No doubt it, our program includes a number of highly effective and inexpensive TOOLS designed to help you develop discipline, and build success in your client prospecting efforts. 

Our emails and flyers are of the highest design quality
Our EQP specials are relevant and hot.
Our educational resources are informative and innovative

But like any kind of tool, none of these TOOLS are worth anything if they aren't applied!  There are a number of things you can do to improve success with our program including... 
 

Keep your email address list up to date & make use of those full-color PDF flyers!
The EQP specials are designed to help you get that foot in the door!  But you must follow up!
Read the educational resources & plug into "Prospecting Focus", our member community blog!

Most importantly, give the program a minimum of 6 months, and preferably a year.   And know that Distributor Promotions is there to support you all along the way.  Building a successful prospecting system takes time.  But we can help you get there quicker!  How do we know?  Because our clients tell us!

Q: I don't have 300 prospects.  I have 10!  Is that enough to benefit from this program?
A:

Remember - we teach you how to prospect, and part of prospecting is following up.  We teach you how to use the emails and flyers to help you get your foot in the door.  And we teach you how to use that leverage to successfully follow up with your prospects, and increase your odds of turning your prospects into purchasing clients.

Fact is, many of our distributor clients purposely choose to focus on a small number of prospects at any one time, because they know as small distributors, they simply don't have the time to follow up with 300 prospects a month! 

You are most welcome to include as many email addresses of prospects and existing clients in your email data list as you want.  Your $50.00 monthly subscription fee pays for up to 300 emails a month.  But if you aren't following up with your prospects, you're just advertising to them.  And in this day and age of information overload, advertising alone is not that effective.  That's something to keep in mind!

Q: Who chooses the product specials?

Product specials are hand selected by Distributor Promotions and the Norwood family of companies.

Q: My customer information is invaluable... Is my customer data secure?
A:
Absolutely!

All communication between Distributor Promotions and your customers (via the monthly special emails) is done in YOUR COMPANY & CONTACT NAME ONLY. We will never solicit your customers on our or any other behalf for any reason, period.

We do not share your data with any outside parties. Customer data lists are never printed for any reason.

Q: What formats do you take customer data in?
A:
We prefer Microsoft Excel or a text file.  Exports from contact management programs are usually just fine.

All we need are the email addresses of your prospects and/or clients listed one per line.  That's it!  However if your contact management program exports additional fields, we can usually remove these without problem.

Q: How often can I make changes to my email list (data file)?
A:

You may make changes to your email  list - what we call your data file - and resubmit once a month.  

New data files are due on the 15th of the month to be applied to the following month's mailing (sent on the 1st).  If we do not receive a new list from you, we will use your old list.

Q: Is technical help available if I need it?
A:

 Absolutely!

But our program is so simple, we doubt you'll need it!  Everything is clearly spelled out in the Program Guide that comes with your member site login in the welcome email. 

After reading the guide, should you need help, you are most welcome to contact our support staff.  Contact information is included on our member website and in the Program Guide.

Q: Can I see a list of important program dates?
A: Yes!
DATE ACTIVITY
15th of month New data files are due.  If we do not receive a new file, we will use the previous month's list
15th of month Credit card is automatically billed the following month's subscription fee.
1st of month Emails are sent to all email addresses included in your data file.
Anytime! Access the member website to preview upcoming product specials, download full color PDF flyers of each month's special, contribute to our community blog and access educational resources!
